Role overview
We’re seeking a Key Account Manager to grow and nurture our most valuable client relationships. This is a hybrid role that blends account strategy, commercial development, and delivery oversight. You’ll ensure our top clients stay happy, supported, and ready to expand - all while helping internal teams stay aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic relationships with high-value clients across software, cloud, and AI projects.

  • Act as the single point of contact for escalation, planning, and growth opportunities.

  • Drive account retention and expansion through trust, transparency, and results.

  • Work closely with delivery leads to ensure scope, satisfaction, and timing.

  • Lead QBRs, roadmap discussions, and proactive check-ins with key stakeholders.

  • Identify new opportunities within accounts and coordinate with biz dev as needed.

  • Track account performance, budgets, and team velocity.

  • Translate business goals into actionable delivery priorities.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years in account management, customer success, or delivery in tech services.

  • Experience managing accounts >$500k ARR.

  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.

  • Understanding of software development cycles and digital transformation strategy.

  • Comfortable facilitating technical discussions and aligning multiple stakeholders.

  • Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.

  • Bonus: background in consulting, digital agencies, or SaaS customer success.
