Role overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UK market. You’ll lead outreach, build strategic relationships, and close meaningful software service deals with mid-sized and enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial instincts with a strong grasp of technology - and who knows how to turn conversations into long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities in the UK region.

  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close.

  • Develop account-based strategies and outreach campaigns targeting high-potential verticals.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to shape custom solutions.

  • Build and maintain a strong deal pipeline with accurate forecasting.

  • Represent the company at events, virtual or in-person, as needed.

  • Provide structured feedback from the market to inform our service roadmap.

  • Act as the face of our company to UK prospects and early-stage clients.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales in software/tech services.

  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals >£100k in value.

  • Deep familiarity with UK business culture and decision-making dynamics.

  • Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, and/or AI services.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

  • Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms.

  • Self-starter mindset - you're not waiting to be told what to do next.
