Role overview
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across the East Coast of the U.S. In this role, you’ll take ownership of building strategic relationships with tech-forward companies, especially in the startup and mid-market space. If you thrive on creating opportunity, moving fast, and closing deals that lead to lasting partnerships - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and close new clients for software engineering and AI services.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of East Coast tech companies and digital leaders.

  • Develop region-specific GTM strategies and outbound sequences.

  • Represent our brand in meetings, pitches, and partner events.

  • Coordinate with delivery and tech leads to scope opportunities and propose solutions.

  • Forecast sales activities and report deal health to leadership.

  • Own the client relationship until handoff, with continued strategic oversight.

  • Stay on top of East Coast market dynamics, competitor activity, and buyer shifts.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years in business development, preferably in professional services or agency sales.

  • A successful history of closing $100k–$500k contracts with tech leaders.

  • Strong network or prospecting ability in NY, MA, FL, DC, or surrounding areas.

  • Solid understanding of software development and product delivery.

  • Comfortable pitching remotely and in person across time zones.

  • Action-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable operating independently.

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. and available during EST working hours.
